Big Sky here we come! We are staying at the beautiful ski-in/out hotel, Huntley Lodge. A daily full breakfast buffet is included, and each room has 2 queen beds, a mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee pot. Microwaves available on each floor along with laundry facilities. The Huntley has a great outdoor pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, concierge services, plus an on-site restaurant and bar so there are lots of places for our group to hang out together.
Big Sky is noted for skiing that will please the experts, but because it is so “big” there is plenty for beginners and intermediates too. Lone Mountain Peak, famous for its difficult terrain, is now accessible on a new and improved larger tram, with a per ride additional charge.
Walkable restaurants, après ski, and shopping are right in Mountain Village or a short complimentary bus ride away is the Big Sky Town Center. Looking for some other activities – Big Sky is for you. Try a guided snow coach or snowmobile tour through Yellowstone National Park, dog sledding, snowshoe tours, a fabulous spa day, and even winter fly fishing.

LIFT TICKET OPTIONS:
1. Group Lift Ticket availability will be announced later this summer (last season 5-day ticket, $798). If available, cost will be higher than if you personally buy a Big Sky Flex 5+ pass. Or consider some type of Ikon pass if you are skiing at other resorts.
2. Big Sky’s Flex 5+ Pass: Big Sky's Flex5+ Pass is no longer available. Options now include the Group Ticket or an Ikon Pass.
3. Big Sky’s Blue Pass: Must purchase individually. Ski Sunday thru Friday. Current Price: Adult - $909, Seniors (65-79) - $859, Legend (80+) - $349. $40 off on extra daily tickets (TBA). Price increases September 7th.
4. Ikon Pass (40 resorts): Must purchase individually. Current price: Ikon Pass (7 days at Big Sky) - $1309; Ikon Base Pass (5 days at Big Sky) - $979; Ikon 4-Day Session Pass - $539. Prices increase as season progresses. Reservations are required for Big Sky using the IKON pass. This refund option is only available through November 30.
5. Discount on Ikon Pass if purchased through our tour operator, Sports America. For details, see related article in this Sitzmark.
6. Big Sky Flex 5+ pass and Blue Pass, if not used, may be rolled over to the 24/25 season. Ikon passes offer insurance if not used.
